About the Space Located in the heart of Owings Mills, Maryland, our trendy event center offers a versatile space perfect for private dining, celebration events, networking, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, parties, banquets, receptions, formal dining, pop-up events, and child birthday parties for children aged ten and older. The space can comfortably host groups of up to 75 people. Layout and Amenities The event center features a large open area with seating for up to 45 guests, and hosts can bring additional chairs and tables if needed. There are three extra rooms: one room is always off-limits, one room is included with the booking, and an additional room can be rented for a $50 fee. The space also includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and hosts are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. Ceiling projectors are available for an additional $25 fee. We also provide door service for the first hour of your event. Parking and Accessibility Ample parking is available both in the front and on the side of the building, all within the same vicinity as the building. The event center is conveniently located near public transit options, making it easily accessible for guests traveling by bus or train. Multiple access points ensure smooth entry and exit for all guests. Neighborhood Nestled in a vibrant and lively neighborhood, our event center is surrounded by charming cafés, hidden parks, and boutique shops. The trendy atmosphere of Owings Mills enhances the overall experience, providing guests with plenty of options to enjoy before or after your event. General Rules No smoking in the building No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
