MAINTENANT is an art and boxing space on 25 acres, approximately 2.25 miles from the center of Marfa. The property includes a 1,500 sq. ft. metal barn/main gallery with two large doors, a garage gallery, and extensive outdoor space. The site can accommodate exhibitions, performances, screenings, dinners, cultural programs, and other thoughtfully produced events. The garage gallery is included in the standard event rental and can also function as a shaded hospitality, bar, lounge, or event-support area. A refrigerator is available in the garage for event use. The barn/main gallery and garage gallery are included in the standard event rental in their existing configurations, which may include current exhibitions, artworks, display walls, furniture, and boxing equipment. Any request to clear, reconfigure, or deinstall an indoor space must be discussed in advance and will require additional fees based on the scope of the request. The property can accommodate events of up to 250 guests, depending on the event format, areas of the property being used, and production needs. Larger gatherings primarily make use of the extensive outdoor space. Please message us before booking with a description of the event, expected attendance, public event hours, setup and breakdown schedule, alcohol service, amplified sound, vendors, and the areas of the property you would like to use. Large events, ticketed events, commercial or brand activations, and high-demand Marfa weekends may require custom pricing based on attendance, scope, hours, and access needs. The private residence is not included in the standard event rental. Event-use access to the house, including the kitchen and indoor restrooms, may be available by advance arrangement for an additional fee. Peerspace does not permit overnight accommodations, so overnight use of the residence cannot be included in a Peerspace booking. Basic tableware and serving items are available on site. Please confirm quantities in advance. Guests and caterers are responsible for gathering used items and leaving them ready for cleaning. Large-scale tableware needs or special setup may require advance arrangements.
