Villa Encanto is a historic Spanish Revival built in 1935 and fully restored in 2024. Our vision for the restoration was to create a 1930’s boutique style home that is still immersed in a bit of history, yet offers modern amenities for maximum comfort. *Home does not currently have full-time occupants* The villa has been restored with aesthetics as well as function in mind. We attempted to keep as many of the original features as we could (brick fireplaces, wood ceilings, some of the wood floors) while adding new design choices that highlight the old and new, creating a warm, eclectic environment that is not found in most homes. These design choices include, large-scale wallpaper murals, vintage furniture pieces, monochromatic tiles, vintage art and glassware, unique and/or vintage lighting and each room and bathroom having its own unique character and style. The home could also present as a boutique hotel. The living spaces all open up to a large courtyard by glass French doors. The backyard includes an open faux grass area, lawn games, a ping pong table, an outdoor seating area and a connected gas BBQ. The large upstairs balcony opens up to the courtyard are includes additional seating and hanging flowers boxes. Villa Encanto features 6 uniquely designed bedrooms, each equipped with King-sized beds and a theme all of its own. Each room includes a closet, dresser and is controlled by its own AC and heating system. The space also includes a separate 750 sq ft game room featuring 2 arcades, pinball machine, wet bar, shuffle board, pool table and more. The house has 5 full bathrooms, each with a custom-tiled shower (one also featuring a bathtub). Centrally located to Long Beach's top destinations and restaurants, Villa Encanto is situated on the corner of a large four-way stop intersection with plenty of street parking and alley access with parking off the alley. The Villa is 1 block to Long Beach’s famous Fourth Street and Retro Row, 3 blocks to the award-winning Long Beach Museum of Art, and 1.6 miles from the Long Beach Convention Center.
