Three Neewer studio lights are included with the rental and are pre-set up in the room. With access to professional-grade equipment—including a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro, Blackmagic Pocket 6K camera, Sony ZV-E10, Shure M7+ microphone, and a 42" flat-screen TV with Apple TV—this studio is optimized for high-quality recordings and presentations. The space features a dynamic background and includes a conference table and whiteboard, making it ideal for interviews, team brainstorming sessions, or professional content shoots. Please note that equipment is available for add-ons and is not included in the base rental. You can see add-ons in the checkout page. Nestled on historic Black Wall Street, this space offers a prime location near Durham’s best dining, coffee shops, and cultural landmarks like the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC). If you are renting this space, you should have previous knowledge of how to operate the equipment you are renting, and you are also responsible for knowing the capabilities and limitations of the equipment and the setup. We will not be able to provide on-site assistance for setup unless you add that on to your booking. If you have any questions, it's best to reach out before booking. Renters are solely responsible for the use of the equipment and operating the equipment including bringing any necessary memory cards, storage devices, or computers to do streaming.
