Spacious Modern Cape Cod Photo Studio

This stylish multi-room space is the perfect spot for you to spread out and get to work on your creative project. Nestled in the center of charming Osterville Village, which is a small business district near Dowses Beach, you'll find a hardware and home goods store, cafes, restaurants and boutiques all within walking distance. Please note that the space is a basement unit and there is a staircase that leads downstairs to the lounge, dressing room and studio. The entryway landing leads to the bathroom. Direct access to the ground floor is possible with advanced notice. There are several doors throughout the space that lead to storage area for another tenant. Accessing these areas is strictly prohibited and the doors will have signs that say "Do Not Enter." The space includes a lounge/waiting room area with cozy seating, a digital projector/display screen, a beverage station with a water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of tea. There's also a dressing room with a mirrored vanity and stool, a full-length mirror and wardrobe rack. A mini fridge, microwave and dining table with 4 chairs is also available. Wifi access is included. The studio is has black, white and gray seamless and is equipped with ProFoto, Godox and Paul C. Buff strobes as well as many light stands and modifiers. There are two Canon ProFoto triggers and one Nikon ProFoto trigger. Both ProFoto strobes have Glow Bowens Mount Converters. There is one security cameras in the studio, which are not actively monitored but will be references if any equipment or space is damaged or left in poor condition. There are no cameras in the makeup room.
