The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 larger/freight elevator. The larger/freight elevator schedule is Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-7:00 PM), the passenger elevator works 24/7. Security/Building working hours 24/7. Parking - The building houses it's own parking structure with 24/7 gated and manned security. Guests will be put on visitor list before arrival. There is also free and metered parking located around the building. Security Cameras There is a camera in the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, theft, overtime, and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace asks for proof of any of the above.
