We do not provide on-site technical support as part of the rental package, nor we have it as an option to add it as a service. You will need a portable SSD for each of the 3 cameras that you would like to use, we advise at least 1TB (Samsung T5 or T7 are highly recommended). You will also need a portable SSD if you will be switching cameras on the fly (using the switcher). A MicroSD card is needed for the audio recordings. To ensure the best quality recording and to avoid any technical hiccups during the session, we highly advise you to have someone on your team who is capable of monitoring sound levels and camera settings throughout the entire recording process. This individual should be familiar with the equipment and be able to handle any potential issues that may arise.
