Posed Photo & Event Studio is a spacious 1,000-square-foot natural light studio designed for creatives and small gatherings. The space features four giant mill windows that flood the studio with beautiful natural light, creating the perfect setting for photo shoots and events. While the studio is ideal for natural light photography, it is also equipped with professional lighting equipment for added versatility. In addition, the studio offers a variety of backdrops, a rolling wall, a rolling backdrop wall, and thoughtfully curated furniture and props to suit any creative vision. Whether you’re planning a photo shoot, workshop, pop-up event, or intimate gathering, Posed Studio has everything you need to bring your ideas to life.

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of the studio, we ask that all renters follow this simple cleaning process before leaving. Your cooperation helps us provide a top-notch space for everyone. 1. General Clean-Up • Tidy up furniture and props: Return any furniture or props to their original placement. • Sweep floor: Use the broom and dustpan provided to sweep any visible debris from the floor. • Wipe down surfaces: Use the provided cleaning supplies to wipe down any surfaces you’ve touched, including tables, chairs, and countertops. 2. Trash Disposal • Trash bag: Gather all trash and place it in the studio’s trash bin. • Take trash outside: Please take the trash bag to the public trash bin located outside the building in the back parking lot. • Don’t leave personal items: Check the space thoroughly for any personal items, as they will be donated if left behind. 3. Restrooms • Leave restrooms clean: If you used the bathrooms, ensure the area is left tidy for the next person. Report any issues to the studio staff. 4. Floor Care • Shoes: Ensure everyone has worn shoe covers when not being photographed. • Vinyl floor: Avoid scuffing or damaging the white vinyl flooring. If any marks are left, please use the floor cleaner provided. 5. Final Walkthrough • Double-check: Before leaving, take a final look through the studio to ensure it’s in the same condition as when you arrived. Any significant cleaning needed will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, welcoming space!

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
