With vaulted exposed wood beam ceilings and skylights throughout, the studio is filled with natural light all day, creating an uplifting and versatile setting for a wide range of gatherings. This space was designed to support intentional experiences, from movement and mindfulness to creative and community-based events. What the Space is Great For: Yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops Creative workshops and retreats (art, writing, photography, etc.) Meetings, trainings, and co-working sessions Intimate gatherings and small events (wedding receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.) The open layout and calm atmosphere make it easy to adapt the space for both structured and creative use. Layout & Features: Main Loft Area: Open floor plan with high ceilings, ideal for group experiences and workshops Kitchenette: Sink and counter space for catering or light refreshments Rooftop Deck: Outdoor space with city, perfect for breaks or sunset moments Natural Light: Large windows and skylights throughout the space Additional features include a flexible layout, warm natural finishes, and easy street parking for guests. Pricing: We offer two booking options based on group size and use of the space: Small Gathering Rate For intimate groups and lower-impact use (up to 15 guests), ideal for workshops, classes, and smaller events. $120/hour Full Studio Rate For larger gatherings and events (up to 40 guests). This rate reflects increased use of the space and additional cleaning and reset time required. $150/hour This loft offers a unique blend of natural light, warmth, and versatility, making it a beautiful backdrop for meaningful experiences.
