LOL -Break space has some room to take a break, make a private call or go outside in our Garden -Breezeway and get some sun and fresh air, first floor access, clients love that it's steps away -Take a break and eat in our cafe area tables or high top table -Lobby with comfy leather seating -Phone rooms (4 of them) spacious to take a call/plug in -3 other conference rooms & event room (up to 75 pp) and podcast set/studio all onsite too, just ask about those additional rentals too -Take a moment to chat with our Comm Mgr, they will help you with the best plan -This room really feels cool, a mix of good design in Uptown Phoenix 85014

We take cleaning very seriously. We have a full time employee dedicated to cleaning our building regularly. They clean rooms after every usage. We get many compliments about our level of cleanliness compared to other spaces. We take these procedures very seriously. We welcome feedback. Our table in that room has a few. less obvious, gloss marks from hot beverages--please use coasters on the table to protect our table.
