Looking for the perfect space for your photoshoot, content creation, or intimate gatherings? Our modern fully equipped creative studio is designed to bring your vision to life with 14-foot ceilings, oversized windows, and a comfortable, curated layout. What’s Included? āœ” A bright, private studio with beautiful natural light ā˜€ āœ” Tables and chairs for flexible event layouts, including highboy tables āœ” Backdrop stands ideal for photography and content creation āœ” Optional lounge area for added comfort and style āœ” High ceilings and stylish industrial loft charm Cleaning Fee Policy: A flat $50 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. This covers: • Light sanitation between events • Waste removal from designated trash areas • Resetting the space to its original condition Guests are simply asked to tidy up and place trash in the provided bins — no deep cleaning is expected. This fee helps us keep the space fresh, comfortable, and ready for every guest. Tours & Space Viewing For security and scheduling reasons, we do not offer in-person walkthroughs, but we provide full video tours, layout previews, and photos to help you plan. We respond to messages within 24 hours. Table & Layout Guidelines Table style and quantity are determined by guest count and event needs to ensure proper spacing and flow. While round and rectangular tables are available, setups vary by event and must be confirmed in advance. The lounge area is optional and may be removed for full dinner layouts. Final arrangements are at management’s discretion to prevent overcrowding and maintain comfort. NOTE: Our lounge area is included when guest count and layout allow. When maximum table seating is requested (40 guests seated), the lounge setup may need to be removed or reconfigured to properly accommodate tables and guest movement. Refundable Security Deposit Required A refundable security deposit of $150 is required for all bookings. The deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours after your event, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning needs, rule violations, or overtime charges. NOTE: For the comfort and safety of all guests and staff, the studio is a no alcohol, no BYOB, no vaping, and no smoking of any kind of space, including restrooms. Any smoking must be done outside and a minimum of 15 feet away from the building. Violations may result in early termination without refund.
