The open floor plan features: Strength & Conditioning Zone —Equipped with squat racks, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, and functional training tools. Flexible Setup —Adjustable seating, training zones, and equipment arrangements to fit different event needs. Accessibility & Parking — Convenient street parking, nearby garage options, and easy public transit access. Guests will have full access to designated training areas, locker rooms, and shower facilities during their booking. Special Rates & Booking Information We offer flexible pricing based on group size, event type, and duration. Cleaning & Sanitization Process We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our cleaning process includes: Weekly Deep Cleaning – The space is professionally cleaned weely, including all high-touch surfaces, equipment, and common areas. Disinfecting Equipment – All gym equipment, mats, and weights are sanitized after each use with hospital-grade disinfectants. Sanitization Stations – Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the space for guest use. Air Circulation – Our facility is equipped with proper ventilation to maintain fresh air flow and reduce airborne particles. Trash & Recycling – We provide designated bins for waste disposal and encourage guests to clean up after their event. Guests are responsible for basic cleanup, including returning equipment to its original place and disposing of any trash. A deep cleaning service is available upon request for special events.
