Welcome to CREATE & MEET... a lil studio in a small town full of AWESOME. We offer a mid Century "boho" inspired look that's perfect for any specific need. When we were Designing this Photo / Video Studio we wanted to offer not only a space with opportunity to let your creativity shine we want to help make it yours. The studio is perfect not only for all types of creative needs but also it is a great space for hosting small workshops, meetings and even just a few minds a lot of coffee and a lil bit of creative inspiration. Our custom designed 1300 sq ft Studio located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, between LA and SD. Close 5 freeway access and surrounded by incredible restaurants, live music and the Mission! We have built multiple sets with furniture and props that are easily interchangeable between sets. There is no cove or cyclorama, but we do have 4 and 12 foot seamless backdrops in a variety of colors to fit your shoot needs. Sets: -Bedroom -Boho Reading Nook -Kitchen - no sink (cabinet is on casters and easy to move around) -Living Room 1- Modern Boho -Living Room 2- Emerald green Couch with cheetah rug and plants -Office with desk and multiple walls for shooting -Paper backdrops with seamless paper (additional fee) Featuring 8 ft ceilings, private changing area and a client lounge with 50in TV, different color paper backdrops 4-12ft, multiple chairs & props, LED continuous light, Profoto B10, sandbags, rolling light stand, V-flat etc. For an extra fee you can: - rent Pro Foto B10 Flash package ( roller stand / - rent continuous lights with light modifiers - paper backdrop 4 ft or 12ft Includes, wifi, heating, air conditioning and free street parking with direct access to the studio.

CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $35, PET FEE $50. although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
