Located in the heart of the Detroit metro area, the space is just 15 minutes from downtown Detroit and under 10 minutes from Berkley, Ferndale, and Royal Oak, making it easily accessible for local and visiting creatives alike. Designed with a distinct vintage aesthetic, AVESGROOVEHAUS offers a thoughtfully curated backdrop for content creation—ideal for commercial and creative film/video shoots, photography sessions, and cooking demonstrations. Each room has been intentionally styled to provide a unique, visually rich environment that translates beautifully on camera. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom are all available for use, offering a versatile layout for a variety of production needs. In addition to production, the space is also available for small, intimate gatherings and creative culinary workshops. My goal is for you to feel inspired—and right at home—the moment you step inside this eclectic space. Booking requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance and include a social media page or portfolio (either your own or your photographer’s) for review prior to confirmation.
