New custom built home in 2022. The home sits on 2 acres, horse property, right off the 101 highway. New backyard... including pool, spa, regulation bocce court, 13 hole putting green, 40yd chipping green, horseshoe pits, wood burning firepit, gas firepit, pergola, bbq, cornhole, badminton, bottle bash games, and large patio all built in 2023. Our new addition are two playful Dwarf Goats! Activities that work well with the space: - Weddings - Receptions - Birthday/Graduation/Anniversary/Retirement/Pool Parties etc. - Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties - Yoga Retreats (Artificial turf as well as grass areas to set up) - Work or Social Events - Content Shoots SPACE LAYOUT: - Inside main living area: Common areas of the home include kitchen, large island, 10 person dining table, large sectional, TV, and surround sound speakers indoors and outdoors, bar area, and the use of one bathroom in the hallway. The great room opens to the back patio with a 16' stackable sliding door - Back patio: Large covered patio (95'x14'). Patio has a bbq island, gas firepit, 3 sofas and 2 sofa chairs, small dining table with benches. This can be re-arranged to suit your needs - Backyard: Pool and spa can be heated for a fee. All games are yours to use. Putters and clubs are available. Goats can be pet and played with, just be very mindful of the gates and letting them escape. - Between the pool deck and the back patio, you can likely fit about 100 chairs for seating/dining - Wedding ceremonies can be set in a few locations. Coming summer 2025, the back pasture will be newly planted grass and a backdrop built for larger ceremonies. - Inside main living area (rented for an extra $100 hourly fee): Common areas of the home include kitchen, large island, 10 person dining table, large sectional, TV, and surround sound speakers indoors and outdoors, bar area, and the use of one bathroom in the hallway. This will have a full bar, refrigerator, bathroom, pool table, shuffle board, darts, TV, and a couch THINGS TO NOTE: - 1 bathroom is available for use. Larger events will need to rent potties - We can negotiate overnight stays if needed - Rates listed are seasonal - higher rates possible for larger groups during fall/winter/spring - Pricing will increase by $100hr if the guest chooses to rent the common areas of the home in addition to the backyard - To heat the pool is $300/day and the spa is $75/day - Using 3rd party services (DJ's, bartender, caterer etc) will incur a $200 fee - Fees for BBQ, Gas firepit, Wood firepit: $40 each - Groups under 50 are required to pay a $600 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. Over 50 will be $1,200, some larger events, the deposit will be higher via a cash app (venmo, apple pay, zelle)
