Free street parking on Ralph McGill and two-free hours of parking validation in designated guest parking spots adjacent to our building. Guests will have 2 free hours of validated parking, if they need to extend their parking session, 15 minutes before their validation expires, they will get a notification to extend their time where they can purchase additional hours if needed. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Guests may cancel or reschedule their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking reschedule or cancellations requests submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable, regardless of the circumstance be it weather, personal sickness, travel disruptions, etc. Please plan and communicate accordingly.
