The layout is straightforward and flexible, making it easy to adapt for different setups. The main bathroom includes dual sinks, and the house is equipped with standard modern amenities. Outside, there’s a pool, hot tub, patio, and multiple usable exterior areas for filming or staging. The grounds are spacious enough for equipment, crew movement, and varied setups without feeling tight. Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles, and there’s a designated area that can be used for catering, wardrobe, or production prep. This is a practical, production-friendly location with a clean visual identity and enough flexibility to support both small and large crews. We can accommodate productions of varying sizes.
