Our spacious, modern creative studio is designed for photoshoots, videoshoots, and social media content creation. It is a total of 1,500 sq ft. with an open-concept layout allows for easy customization: Currently we have custom built Holiday Sets which you can see in the photos. These are currently available for your rental. 1) Main Studio Space – A large, modern area with high-end finishes and movable furniture, perfect for staging photoshoots, workshops, and events. 2) Luxury Lounge Area – A chic seating area for client meetings, networking, or relaxed content creation. 3) Changing & Makeup Area – A designated prep space for your clients, talent and models. 4) Variety of Paper Backdrops and Magnetic Wall for Fabric Backdrops – A variety of options to fit different creative needs. We have an electric paper backdrop and a magnetic wall for fabric backdrops. Unique features and amenities: - Modern minimalistic aesthetic - Seasonal Decor and Props - Versatile, spacious layout to accommodate different setups - Multiple backdrop options for creative flexibility - Private, professional setting in a prime downtown Orlando location - Lounge and client seating area to enhance the experience - Private Glam room with clothing rack and make up area - High-speed WiFi and Ethernet connection for seamless productivity - 2 bathrooms - On-Site Private Free parking - Small Kitchenette area for drink or snacks storage There will be a studio manager or studio assistant present to host you during your rental. Our cleaning crew handles waste disposal after your session. 🌿 Eco-Friendly Products – We use non-toxic, high-quality cleaning solutions to keep the space fresh while being mindful of the environment. 🚫 Respect the Space – While cleaning is covered, we ask that guests leave the space tidy and remove all personal items at the end of their booking.
