Pre-Event Cleaning Before your event begins, our team thoroughly cleans and prepares the space to create a welcoming atmosphere. • Deep Cleaning: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops, are sanitized using high-grade disinfectants. • Floor Care: Carpets are vacuumed, and hard floors are mopped and polished. • Restroom Sanitation: Restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, ensuring they are guest-ready. • Touchpoints: High-contact areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails are disinfected. • Air Quality: If applicable, HVAC filters are checked, and the space is aired out to ensure fresh airflow. 2. During the Event To maintain cleanliness throughout your event, we offer optional on-site cleaning services: • Continuous Touchpoint Sanitization: Our staff cleans high-touch areas periodically to reduce the spread of germs. • Waste Management: Trash bins are monitored and emptied as needed, and recycling is encouraged where possible. • Restroom Maintenance: Restrooms are checked and cleaned periodically to ensure they remain fresh and well-stocked. 3.
