Welcome to our versatile backyard space, perfect for hosting a variety of events, from birthday parties and baby showers to brunches and backyard barbecues. Our unique location offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, providing the ideal setting for your next celebration. The backyard features three distinct areas to suit your event needs: 1. Spacious Rectangular Turf Area – Ideal for games, outdoor activities, or seating arrangements for guests. 2. Expansive Square Cement Area – A perfect spot for dining, dancing, or setting up a stage for entertainment. 3. Cozy Corner Patio Area – A covered space for a more intimate setting, great for a lounge area or a gift table. Our location is not only serene, but also conveniently situated with plenty of parking for your guests. Additionally, we offer a front yard that includes both grass and cement areas—perfect for welcoming guests with a beverage station, or for setting up a jumper or any other extra feature without taking away from the backyard event space. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, this unique space will be a perfect backdrop for your special occasion. Included with your rental: 20 black chairs, 4 white rectangular tables, 3 arches and 3 pillars for decoration. If you are interested in additional decor please let me know :)

Cleanliness and Safety We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure that your event is enjoyable and worry-free. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health guidelines to ensure the safety of all guests. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected before each event to maintain a clean environment. To further enhance safety, we schedule bookings with ample time in between to allow for extra cleaning and sanitation. We will also provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes throughout the venue for your convenience. Additionally, the spacious outdoor areas provide plenty of room for guests to spread out, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the event while maintaining a comfortable distance. We want your experience to be as safe and enjoyable as possible, and we’re here to help make that happen!

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
