Located on the backside of the building, it offers a quiet, intimate setting with a flexible layout that can accommodate various artistic and social gatherings. The space features French doors that open to bring in natural light (depending on the time of day), creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Inside, there’s an open workspace with plenty of room to spread out materials and experiment with different techniques. It’s equipped with folding tables, folding IKEA wood chairs, a large rolling work table, power access, various LED lights, and string lights. Amenities include: -Private bathroom -Utility sink for easy cleanup -Small back bar area with fridge, Keurig, and cutlery, glasses -Comfortable couch for relaxing -Access to art supplies (easels, brushes, paints) — use can be discussed based on your event Rental Notes: -Maximum capacity: 15 people for any type of gathering, as this is a quiet commercial setting -Professional cleaning fee: $275 (applies to all bookings) -Overnight rentals: Allowed on a case-by-case basis — no sleeping or parties -Please message me with how and what you’ll be using the space for -Currently, there are personal items and paintings in the studio. We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a comfortable and welcoming space for all guests. The bathroom is thoroughly cleaned, including disinfecting all surfaces and mopping the floors. High-touch areas such as doorknobs, tables, and shared surfaces are regularly disinfected. The floors are swept and mopped to maintain a clean and tidy environment. Art supplies and work areas are wiped down and sanitized after each use. We appreciate guests respecting the space and tidying up after their event to help maintain a clean and inspiring atmosphere for everyone.
