Studio Space in the Valley

Our 400-square-foot studio is a versatile space designed for photography, private dance lessons, dance rehearsals (up to 4 people), private yoga classes (up to 4 people), content creation, and small video productions with crews of up to 5 people. The open layout provides plenty of room for movement while maintaining an intimate setting for focused sessions. The space features a sink vanity, a mirrored closet, and an additional glassless mirror available for rent, offering flexibility for performers and creators. Guests also have access to a private bathroom for convenience. The studio is equipped with customizable track lighting and a dramatic top-down lighting fixture in the center, creating dynamic visual effects perfect for video and photography. Additionally, the vaulted ceilings with cross beams allow for the hanging of extra lights or equipment, giving creators even more control over their setup. Whether you’re filming YouTube content, rehearsing choreography, or capturing professional portraits, this space is designed to adapt to your creative needs. For those looking to enhance their experience, we offer additional equipment rentals: • Surround Sound System: +$10 per hour • Photography Lighting Package (Softboxes & LED Stick Lights): +$15 per hour These optional add-ons allow you to customize the space for high-quality video shoots, photography sessions, and immersive dance or fitness classes.
