Enjoy peace and tranquility at this 5 acre residence, on a mountainside, overlooking the city, while swimming in our pool, or relaxing in our spa. The National Park is your backyard! Boasting 2,387 sq ft, an open layout, vaulted ceilings, and massive windows throughout. Explore Joshua Tree National Park’s 49 Palms Oasis trail, located less than 1-mile from the house. An ideal vacation, photoshoot area, commercial setting, for 6 people or less over 25 yrs old to “unplug” and get away from fast paced living. Our home is made out of lava rocks, with the border of Joshua Tree National Park as your backyard, and panoramic views of the city from the front yard. The house has a large open entertainment-friendly layout downstairs with expansive windows to take in the views from all directions and two large bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms. The house sits high on a mountain side with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet.

My cleaners are licensed and insured and have an LLC. They have been cleaning my place for years. I have a great respect for my cleaners. I expect my place to be in good shape when guests leave and my guests should expect a clean home on arrival.
