Location: Our property is located in a gated community that is walking distance to Coachella/Stagecoach in Indio, CA. Venue Type: Private Home Property Size: The property is over 1/3 acre and includes a 3306 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a private secluded backyard with plenty of space for an event up to 40 guests. Capacity: We can host an event up to 40 guests without a Special Event Permit. We can host up to 14 guests overnight (although we recommend 10 guests based on bed/bath count). Event Types: The venue is perfect for small to mid-size gatherings including dinner parties, corporate meetings/events, yoga retreats, cocktail parties, birthday/anniversary celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties & more. Kitchen: The home includes a fully stocked spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare for a dinner/cocktail party up to 40 guests. The backyard includes a large grill. The house comes with dinnerware for up to 14 guests. Please inquire for a full list of kitchen equipment/supplies. Coffee Bar: The property includes a coffee/tea bar with drip, french press pour over, electric and stovetop tea kettle & Nespresso machine along with all coffee/tea supplies & cups. Backyard Amenities: Pool, Spa, Cabanas, Fire Pit, Grill, Ourdoor Dining Area, Hammocks, & Game Area. Catering/Event Production: Our background is in catering/event production so we can provide food/bar catering/staffing/entertainment and event production services or you can bring in your own vendors with prior approval (including evidence of insurance). If you need bar catering we have access to a catering liquor license that you may use for hire. A/V: High speed wifi throughout the property. Home includes seven Roku TVs including one outside. The TV in the living room is connected to a Bose Stereo sound system. The living area also includes a record player and a disco ball/lighting system. Work Spaces: We have two desks w/ desk chairs along with a printer upon request. Laundry: Washer, dryer, steamer, iron/ironing board on-site.
