Broadway Theatre Cleaning Process At the Broadway Theatre, we are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all of our guests. Our cleaning process ensures that the space is spotless and well-maintained before and after every booking. Here's what you can expect: Before Your Event: Thorough Cleaning: Prior to your arrival, our team conducts a full clean of the venue. This includes wiping down surfaces, cleaning the floor area, and sanitizing commonly touched spots such as door handles, light switches, and seating. Prop Preparation: All props available for hire will be cleaned and checked to ensure they are in top condition for your photoshoot. Props are handled carefully to ensure they’re free of dust and debris. During Your Event: Ongoing Hygiene: We encourage all guests to use the hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the venue. Our team will also be available to assist with any cleaning needs that may arise during your booking (e.g., if a surface needs additional cleaning or props require reorganization). Waste Management: Trash bins are provided throughout the venue. We ask that all waste is disposed of properly to maintain cleanliness during your event. After Your Event: Post-Event Clean-Up: After your booking, our team will conduct a thorough cleaning of the venue. This includes: Sweeping and mopping the floors Wiping down all surfaces (including props and furniture) Sanitizing all high-touch areas Ensuring the space is left as clean as it was before your arrival Waste Disposal: We request that any trash and items from your photoshoot be disposed of properly. If you have additional waste (such as large packaging or props), please let our team know, and we will handle it. Special Considerations: Restroom Facilities: While the Broadway Theatre currently does not have restrooms, we recommend nearby facilities for your convenience. Please ensure these areas are also left clean.
