Cleaning Process for Peerspace Listing Our Cleaning & Sanitation Process: At 1515 Rye Rd E, Bradenton, FL, we prioritize the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests. We follow a comprehensive cleaning protocol before and after every event and booking. Our Process Includes: ✔ Deep Cleaning of All Interior Spaces: • All common areas, event spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and lounges are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. • High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, remote controls, etc.) are sanitized with EPA-approved disinfectants. ✔ Outdoor Event Spaces: • Pool deck, outdoor seating, firepit area, and gathering spaces are cleaned and arranged for your event needs. • Outdoor furniture is wiped down and sanitized. ✔ Linens & Towels: • Freshly laundered linens, towels, and tablecloths are provided for each booking. • All fabrics are washed at high temperatures with approved detergents. ✔ Restroom & Kitchen Sanitization: • Restrooms are deep cleaned and stocked with essentials (toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). • Kitchen and dining areas are sanitized, and all dishes, utensils, and surfaces are disinfected. ✔ Professional Cleaning Team: • Our property is cleaned by a professional hospitality cleaning team trained to meet or exceed CDC and industry-recommended standards.
