Just 8min. from the main town of Julian. Oak Creek Ranch is one of the oldest properties in Julian, CA. Neighboring the Santa Ana County Preserve, the main portions of the property sits in a valley between hills with two ponds and creek that runs between the ponds. Most of the property is covered in grass that our cattle graze upon. Trees cover the edges of the property as well as some strips in the middle of the valley and run along creek. Consistent San Diego like Weather almost year around with the exception of a few weeks of snow or rain. Lots of maintained roads and paths that grants access to most of the land on the property. Lots of wildlife on the property, deer, turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, hawks, owls and golden eagles to name a few. We keep around 15 cattle on our property at all times. This is a 107 acre Ranch with 2 cabins and 2 barns. Perfect for Movie, Commercial, or Music Video productions that require a large lot of privately owned land with mixed pine-oak woodland terrain.
