Located on the private upper level of a modern home, Solēnia offers a serene environment with warm timber floors, soft neutral tones, and minimal styling. The space is versatile, uncluttered, and thoughtfully laid out — making it the perfect canvas for photoshoots, podcast recordings, client meetings, creative circles, wellness sessions, and intimate classes. Ideal For: ✔ Photoshoots (lifestyle, flat lay, branding) ✔ Podcast recordings ✔ Reels & content creation ✔ Client meetings or co-working ✔ Small circles, classes, or wellness sessions Features: • 2 curated rooms with soft natural light • Lounge/podcast corner with accent chairs & neutral-toned couch • Wooden dining table for meetings, shoots, or group sessions • Minimal, versatile styling with moveable furniture • Warm wood floors and neutral decor • Full-length mirror, neutral props & styling pieces • High-speed Wi-Fi • Tea/coffee station • Private bathroom • Quiet, private entry • Street parking available Rates & Booking Info: • Hourly bookings available (2 hr minimum) • Half-day & full-day packages upon request • All setup and pack down must be included within your booked time • No overnight stays or large events Important Notes: Please treat the space with care and respect. Maximum 8 guests unless arranged in advance. No smoking, loud music, fog machines, glitter, or confetti. Furniture may be moved gently and returned to original position. We take pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and inspiring environment at Solēnia Studio. After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it’s fresh and ready for the next guest. Our cleaning process includes: Wiping down and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, tabletops, etc.) Vacuuming and/or mopping all floors Refreshing soft furnishings and resetting decor Sanitising the bathroom and restocking essentials Airing out the space between bookings whenever possible We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it and to dispose of any rubbish or personal items before departing. Solēnia is a space created with intention, and we appreciate your help in keeping it beautiful for everyone who visits.
