Bright apartment in Peckham / Burgess Park area. The flat has one large living space with recently renovated kitchen and a sofa area. There is also a fold out dining table if required. The space has tall ceilings and sky lights so the space is very light. There are two bedrooms in the property, one is available for use. There is one bathroom. The property is on a main road and is not soundproof. However when the windows and doors are closed very little sound gets in, apart from the occasional alarm or siren. The flat is one the first floor - access is up one flight of stairs. Please note there stairway is quite narrow and there is a sharp turning into the flat at the top.
