Tropical Indoor Swimming Oasis

Dive into year round swimming fun at our indoor, private, beautiful residential pool located in South Denver. With water heated to a delightful 87-92 degrees, friends and family can swim in comfort for hours. Enjoy the lush tropical foliage in the sun-filled pool room surrounded by glass doors and abundant sun from the skylights. Relax in the two-person lounger, hanging egg chair, or several other seating options. When weather allows, enjoy seating and shade on our large backyard patio. We have an abundance of pool toys, dive toys, floaties, life jackets, and accessories for swimming lap, and towels. We also have an outdoor brand new, 7 seat hot tub available for an additional fee. You are welcome to use the newly remodeled restroom inside the main residence. Come enjoy a stay-cation, enjoy some warm swimming even in the snow, have a birthday party, conduct swim lessons, or schedule a water aerobics class with your friends! For parties up to 10 people, a $100 fully refundable deposit is required at time of visit, payable by check. For parties over 10 people, a fully refundable security deposit of $250 is required at time of visit, payable by check. This is to cover damage or extra cleaning requirements. Damage charges may include but are not limited to broken toys, popped pool floats, damaged or popped water slide, damage to plants, furniture, screens, or any other property. Cleaning fees may include failure to put toys and furniture back where you found them, extra pool chemicals to clean excessively dirty water due to failure to shower before entering, or urination in the pool (there are chemicals in the pool to detect urine), trash removal, or otherwise. Should no damage occur or additional cleaning be required, deposit checks will be shredded within 48 hours of visit and photo proof of the shredded check will be provided to the guest.
