Daily Cleaning Includes: • Wiping down all kitchen surfaces, prep areas, bar, and sinks • Sweeping and vacuuming under tables, booths, and equipment • Cleaning and restocking restrooms • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces including handles and windows • Restocking the drink station, fridge, and syrups • Polishing the display case and ensuring food presentation is fresh and tidy Mid-Day Touch-Ups: • Manual vacuum and mop of café and kitchen floors • Resetting the space to maintain cleanliness during service hours Weekly Deep Cleaning Tasks: • Espresso machine detailing (Mondays) • Display case food rotation (Mondays & Thursdays) • Inventory checks to maintain high-quality stock and freshness Closing Time: We perform a final check and wipe-down of all surfaces, turn off lights, and reset the café for the next day.
