Welcome to HAYVN Coworking! Experience a productive and inspiring workday at HAYVN, a bright, community-focused coworking space designed for you. The Sound Beach Room is a warm and inviting space designed to feel like your own living room, perfect for intimate meetings, creative sessions, or small gatherings. This cozy room seats up to 10 guests and is conveniently located near adjacent rooms and open spaces for seamless flow during larger events. This space includes: - HD flat screen TV, - Strong Wi-Fi and video conferencing (OWL or Logitech) - Whiteboard for brainstorming and presentations - Complimentary coffee, tea, and water - On-site Community Manager support - Catering partners available - Free parking - Evening and weekend availability (additional staffing fees may apply for events over 20 attendees or off-hours) Available weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM ($100/hr). Evening and weekend bookings available upon request ($150/hr + applicable fees). A $25 non-refundable scheduling fee applies. HAYVN maintains impeccable cleanliness with the help of a professional cleaning service that ensures every space is spotless and well-sanitized. Our high standards guarantee a fresh, inviting environment where members can work comfortably and confidently every day. Cleaning is professionally done twice a day. Special air purifiers are within space in addition to outside air ventilation. Additional disinfecting and wipe downs are done by staff.
