Chesapeake Wine Co is a 2600 square foot Wine & Spirits Shoppe. Nestled in the historic American Can Company, it embraces industrial ceilings and old brick. Accented with twinkle lights, upcycled fixtures from other Charm City gems, and a gorgeous 8x8 suspended flower wall. The walls are lined with a curated selection of wine, spirits and retail. The front glass doors and giant glass sliding door allow for plenty of natural light and can be easily opened to the brick patio. Equipped with a center round bar with seating, kitchenette and pizza oven. Other seating includes: 2 lounge spaces with sofas and chairs, multiple bistro tables, wine barrel tables, and a bicycle table; all of which can be reformatted.
