Cleaning Process
To keep the space clean, sharp, and dialed in for everyone, follow this quick process after each session:
After Training:
Wipe Down Equipment
Use the provided spray and towels to clean benches, barbells, machines, and anything else you touched—especially handles and pads.
Re-Rack Weights
Return all plates, dumbbells, and attachments to their designated spots. Keep it organized for the next person.
Tidy Up Chalk & Accessories
If you used chalk, bands, mats, or any gear—put it back and brush off any residue.
Check the Floor
Pick up any trash, bottles, or gear. Leave the floor clear and clean.
After Working:
Wipe Desk + Chair
Give your station a quick wipe-down before you head out.
Organize Cables + Personal Items
Unplug chargers, tuck in cables, and take all your stuff with you.
Dispose of Trash
Use bins provided for any food wrappers, coffee cups, or other waste.
We keep it clean so the space stays inspiring—every lift, every idea, every day.
