This spacious warehouse studio is located in an industrial complex just off Madison and I-80—only 5 minutes from the freeway and 15 minutes from Midtown Sacramento. Designed for photo and content creation, the studio primarily uses artificial lighting, but also features a large rolling door that can be opened for natural light when needed. All pictured equipment is included with your rental. The space offers a private entrance, a single restroom, two dressing booths, a dedicated glam area, and a refrigerator with a refreshments table for your convenience. There is a 2-hour minimum to book the space. Rentals of 7 hours or more qualify for a discounted hourly rate. The cyc wall is measured at 16' x 16' x 10'. We perform a quick sweep, wipe down surfaces, and take out the trash between every rental to ensure the space is fresh for each guest. In addition, the warehouse is professionally cleaned on a monthly basis for deeper upkeep and sanitation.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
