Located just up the road from i80 and just three streets away from the largest lake in New Jersey, Lake Hopatcong. This hidden gem is perfect for conference meetings, retreats, client/small group meetings including workshops, birthday events, filming, photo shoots and more! The house has lots of natural lighting throughout. The balcony deck also faces a beautiful sunset. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel LG appliances, and a small island on wheels. The balcony deck attached to the kitchen overlooks the very large yard and is furnished with two large plush rocking chairs, a table, and two stools to enjoy lunch or dinner while basking in the sun. The living spaces are furnished with seating, and a beautiful modern aesthetic with a relaxed beach vibe. The hardwood floors bring the spaces a bit of warmth. The bathroom upstairs is a tub/shower with travertine tiles throughout and the bathroom on the first level is natural cedar wood with a 4’ft wide jacuzzi tub/sauna. The yard is fenced in, new pavers with a fire pit, and a large grassy area to run around in. Tables are available for use along with adirondack chairs and a hammock. There are several marinas/ access points around the lake and a small beach in town for ones pleasure. Many different trails are also available in the area just minutes away, as well as the Hopatcong State Park for short or long hikes or a picnic experience. Several great bars and restaurants are also found along the lake. I have a large kayak in the garage that can be provided.
