Meeting Rooms: Offering small, private meeting rooms for client meetings or team huddles. Event Spaces for Networking: Renting out spaces for networking events, workshops, or seminars. Artists and Creatives Art Exhibitions: Space rental for art galleries, pop-up shops, or exhibitions. Photo/Video Shoots: Providing a versatile backdrop for photographers, filmmakers, or influencers. Workshops & Classes: Offering spaces for art classes, painting workshops, or creative meetups. Pop-up Restaurants and Shops: Renting retail space for entrepreneurs who want to test out a product or run a short-term retail operation. Cooking Classes: Offering kitchens or dining spaces for hands-on cooking classes or food experiences without the need for an open flame. The layout is a large restaurant front house, filled with modern tables and seats, in addition to a lounge area with comfortable chic couches and surrounding furniture. Across from the seating area is a large, 90-inch Smart TV with multifunctional media capability. The seating capacity is 45. We also have a mid-size fridge available in the front house, conveniently located for usage.

High-touch areas like door handles, railings, menus, and restroom surfaces are disinfected multiple times daily. Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed regularly, with deep cleaning of carpets and rugs done daily. Restrooms are checked hourly and cleaned thoroughly daily, including toilets, sinks, and floors. Windows, light fixtures, and decorative elements are cleaned on a weekly or monthly schedule to maintain a fresh appearance. Additional Measures: We use a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and accountability among staff. Our cleaning supplies include disinfectants, degreasers, sanitizers, microfiber cloths, and commercial-grade cleaning tools. We follow food safety guidelines and maintain a HACCP plan to keep all areas sanitary and safe.
