Amazing front porch on cape house on top of a hill overlooking 10 acres. We have a very private and quiet property. The most unique feature of our home is the large front porch that extends across the entire front of our house. It is lovely to look out on the property from our porch. We also have a small yellow barn with a fence around it. The inside of our home is open and spacious. Our family room has a balcony where the kids love to sit and watch life happen in our home. The finished basement has a classroom space, living room area and game room. There is not a lot of natural light in the basement, but it is still bright with all the ceiling lights we installed. It is a loved, lived-in home and would be great for photo shoots or for filming family life. We have a 1st floor Master Bedroom that has been used for filming as well as make-up/hair. There are 3 additional kids' bedrooms upstairs that are also available if you need them for filming.
