CLEANING PROCESS The space is thoroughly cleaned before every booking and once again immediately after each checkout. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, counters, and restroom fixtures are disinfected with EPA-approved products. Floors are vacuumed and wet-mopped, and all trash and recyclables are removed to exterior bins. Restrooms are sanitized, restocked with paper goods and soap, and inspected for full functionality. A minimum four-hour ventilation period follows every cleaning cycle to ensure fresh air exchange. When possible, a minimum twelve-hour gap is maintained between bookings to allow cleaning agents to dry completely and to reduce any lingering odors. Guests are asked to bag and secure their own refuse and return any furniture or equipment to its original position. This helps the cleaning crew focus on deep sanitation and keeps the venue pristine for the next reservation.
