Located in the heart of El Cerrito, just minutes from SDSU, this bright and versatile space offers a clean, minimalist aesthetic perfect for a wide variety of events — from pop-up shops and workshops to meetings, photoshoots, and intimate gatherings. The space is approximately 700 square feet, with an open floor plan that comfortably fits up to 50 guests. Seating is already available for 10–12 people, with additional space for more setup if needed. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol to enjoy during their event. Free street parking is available nearby, making access easy and convenient. Decorated with warm wood details, greenery, and surf-inspired accents, the space offers a relaxed yet stylish backdrop for any occasion. • Surface Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces (tables, seating areas, countertops, door handles) are wiped down and disinfected. • Floor Care: Floors are swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed to ensure a clean and fresh appearance. • Bathroom Maintenance: Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including all fixtures and surfaces. • Trash Removal: All trash and recycling from previous events is removed, and fresh liners are provided. • Air Circulation: Windows and doors are opened between bookings when possible to allow fresh air to circulate throughout the space. • Supplies: Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available on-site for guest use if needed during your event.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
