Our venue is ideal for birthday parties, gatherings, and game nights. It is also perfect for small, intimate events such as matcha-making sessions, art workshops, or karaoke. We can comfortably host up to 30 guests, and the space can be arranged to your liking and reserved entirely for private use. The venue features soundproof walls, its own restroom, and a compact kitchen for added convenience. It also includes soft darts, a pool table, music equipment, and 2 large TVs for screen sharing or entertainment purposes. Located directly beneath a matcha café (Matcha Mochi Café), guests have easy access to delicious matcha, coffee, and Basque cheesecakes, making it simple to enjoy food and drinks during your event. If you would like to visit the venue before booking, viewings are available on Monday-Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM - however please first confirm viewing time with us before coming for viewing as there may be a booking event happening! Venue Hire Rates Monday–Thursday (Weekday Rates) Venue Only • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM → £45/hr • 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM → £55/hr ⸻ Friday–Saturday (Weekend Rates) Venue Only • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM → £65/hr • 12:00 PM – 2:00 AM → £75/hr Sunday (Weekend Rates) Venue Only •3:00 PM – 2 AM → £75/hr ⸻ Add-ons If you would like to include Karaoke and/or PS5, there is an additional charge of £10 per hour total (whether you choose one or both). ^Important Note for Add-ons: Venue hire is charged by the total booked time (This is because we’re unable to rebook that time for another client, so pricing is based on booking time, not usage) Examples: • Monday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM → Venue + Karaoke = £45/hr + £10/hr = £55/hr • Monday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM → Venue + Karaoke + PS5 = £45/hr + £10/hr = £55/hr ⸻ To maintain the venue to a high standard for every guest, all bookings include a mandatory cleaning fee. The amount varies depending on the type of event: 🎉 Parties, celebrations, and social gatherings Cleaning Fee: £55 (mandatory) This applies to events that typically involve food, drinks, and larger groups. It covers standard end-of-event cleaning, rubbish removal, vacuuming, and surface wiping. 👩💼 Meetings, workshops, discussions, fellowships, and other low-impact events Cleaning Fee: £35 (mandatory) This applies to events with light usage and minimal mess. It covers basic reset of the space, consumables, bin bags, and light cleaning. Important Notes • The cleaning fee does not cover damages, spills on equipment/furniture, misuse of items, or excessive mess. • Additional charges may apply if the space is left in poor condition or if equipment is mishandled.

We have hired a professional cleaner to be in from 9am-11am and we have workers on site aswell to make sure everything is okay and clean.
