The 22 Studio: A Creative Filming Space in Barcelona Tucked inside a spacious mid-century industrial building in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, The 22 Studio sits in one of Barcelona’s fastest-evolving creative zones- just minutes from the city centre. Spanning 240m², the studio offers an adaptable environment for visual and audiovisual projects of all sizes. Its standout feature is a 11.5m × 4.5m × 3.5m cyclorama (infinity wall), with ample natural light that can be fully blacked out, giving you complete control of your visual atmosphere. 🎥 BYO Equipment Studio We provide the space- including the infinity wall for filming and production (see Amenities & Extras)- you bring your own lights, cameras, and crew. Ideal for productions with their own gear and creative workflow. 🔑 Key Features * 11.5m x 4.5m x 3.5m Infinity wall * Natural daylight or total blackout options * Distinct filming, editing & set-building zones * High-speed WiFi * Private makeup & changing area * Basic kitchen & catering zone * Shower * Client lounge * Off-street parking * Freight elevator with easy access * Versatile surfaces for projection or custom installations 💰 Filming & Production Rates (Minimum 4-hour booking) * €70/hour – Standard (Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00) * €95/hour – Overtime (until 22:00) * €110/hour – Late-night (after 22:00) * €85/hour – Weekends Overtime billed in 30-minute increments. Studio-only hire (One staff member always on site but other equipment): * €60/hour – Weekday daytime (Mon–Fri, 10:00–20:30) * €75/hour – Evenings & weekends * €85/hour – Late-night (after 20:30) Includes: lounge access, kitchen, bathroom, chairs for up to 10 people, and basic setup. We work with a trusted cleaning service to ensure: All surfaces are wiped and disinfected Floors are swept and mopped Trash is removed and bins are reset Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked Any props or furniture are reset to default layout

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
