At the top of the stairs, you’re in a shared space with a desk that will seat three and a small enclosed room with glass windows that can either seat 2 to 4 people or be used as a meeting room. The second room is the show stopper high ceilings with 4 skylights and 6 inch white oak flooring. The room has an open area and then space to seat four at a desk set up as well. This room would be sufficient to be used as a photo or video Studio area as well.
