Room for everyone and everything! Your positive impression starts as soon as you arrive -meticulously manicured lawn/landscaping produces nice curl appeal. Once inside, walk down the entry hall to the heart of the home - open living/dining space and kitchen under vaulted ceiling - a great gathering space. Kitchen boasts breakfast bar, plenty of counter/ cabinet space, and a dining area that overlooks (and has direct access to) the pool. Split bedroom plan with the primary suite in the back - ideal for privacy. Bedroom is large enough for a sitting area or private desk. Sliding glass doors bathe the space in light and provide access to the pool deck. Ensuite bath features an expansive dual sink vanity, linen closet, soaker tub and separate shower. Your stay comes with an in house washer and dryer unit. One additional reason to love this home is all that you have out back - pristine pool under screen enclosure and plenty of patio space for you to enjoy fun in the sun. Located right off SR 27, about one mile to your Publix and about 10 minutes to all the shopping/ dining venues in Champions gate (as well as the access point to 14). You will be about 25 minutes from Disney world/Disney springs. Guest access The guest had access to private pool in the yard. The guest has access to the Tennis court in the community center. The guest has access to the laundry room.

We dust all surfaces such as window sills, hanging light fixtures, picture frames, furniture, and baseboards. We finish with a thorough vacuuming. In bedrooms, we also include the option to vacuum the master closet and make up the bed.
