Just minutes from the Mall of America, Downtown Minneapolis, and Uptown Minneapolis. This creative work space is also a store front retail location, that works great for pop-up shops and launch events. A giant street facing front window lets in great natural light, and free parking in the rear of the building and is walking distance to an amazing restaurant selection. This location 900 square ft all white space is great for photoshoots, small events, artist exhibits, art installations, work shops, performance art, casting calls, fittings and a general meeting space. The layout of the space features a large front gallery room, as well as a back room/office space perfect for staging items, changing clothes during fittings and includes a bathroom.
