This massive 3500 sqft chalet on 12 acres of pristine land is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun ski weekend or just a relaxing reset. The home is equipped with 8 beds (1 king, 3 queens, 4 twin XLs), a hot tub, outdoor golf hole and indoor simulator. The property is 20 minutes from Killington/Pico and 30 mins to Okemo. We are pet-friendly, but if bringing animals please note it on the booking request with number of guests. We do host small weddings and events - inquire for rates. This house comes equipped with a master bedroom on the first floor with a King bed, a large bedroom on the second floor with two queens and a room on the second floor that comes with two twin XL beds. On the first floor you have a dining room and wet bar, a custom WFH space with an 8' conference table and four 27" 4K monitors with HDMI/USB-C adapters and a living room with a large sectional and a 65" smart TV. A wood stove is also located in the living room should you want additional heating and there are AC units spread throughout the house, with the exception of the basement as it stays cool regardless. There is a workout room with yoga mats, a heavy bag and boxing gloves directly adjacent. On the bottom floor is another living space with a sectional, a propane fireplace, a 55" smart TV, a poker table, a 50" mounted TV and two additional bedrooms. One has a queen mattress and the other has two twin XLs. Each room with a queen mattress also comes equipped with a desk and chair for additional workspace. The property itself is located on 12 acres of pristine woodland for maximum privacy and there is a large pond located in the backyard. For golfers, there is an outdoor golf hole where you have to chip over the pond and we have an entire building on the property that is dedicated to an indoor simulator with a skytrak launch monitor and software. Duel decks, a gas grill, hot tub and a firepit can also be found in the back, along with a connected 2 car garage. Please let us know if you are bringing young children - we typically stock the house with extra diapers and have a number of infant-safe toys that guests are welcomed to use. We do have air mattresses should you need additional sleeping space. There is garage parking for two cars and the driveway is a few hundred feet. You could likely fit up to 10 cars on the property should you need it.
