Tucked into Norwood’s historic Winsmith Mill, The Grounding Loft offers 500 square feet of calm, light-filled space—perfect for yoga and somatic practices, continuing education workshops, small-group trainings, content creation, or photography. With rates starting as low as $25/hour for select multi-day rentals, and flexible pricing for hourly, daily, or evening use, this thoughtfully curated space is ideal for professionals seeking comfort, focus, and affordability. High ceilings, soft natural light, and a clean, adaptable layout make it perfect for meaningful, creative work.

The Grounding Loft is cleaned and reset as needed between bookings to ensure a calm, welcoming environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, shared equipment) are disinfected, floors are swept and/or mopped as needed, and we ask that all furniture be returned to its original layout. We use unscented or lightly scented eco-friendly cleaning products to maintain air quality for sensitive users. A light cleaning fee is included in the rental rate, and guests are expected to leave the space in the condition they found it. Trash is carry-out, and we ask guests to wipe down any equipment or props they’ve used before departure and to sweep or pick up anything left on the floor..

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
