This versatile first-floor training room in Leyton E10 is suitable for meetings, training sessions, workshops, exams, conferences, content creation and social gatherings. Facilities include: - Approximately 30 training chairs with writing desks and a flexible layout - A large administration/instructor desk - A large TV screen, whiteboard and flip charts - Wi-Fi and a printer - Bright overhead LED lighting and carpeted flooring - A private kitchen with an oven, fridge, cutlery and coffee machine - Access to a communal kitchen, shared men’s and women’s washrooms, and a shower room Furniture can be rearranged or removed on request. Please confirm your preferred layout, seating needs and equipment requirements before booking. The building has entrances from Leyton High Road and the rear car park, with secure gated paid parking on site. The room is reached by a wide staircase; there is no lift. Celebrations and social gatherings are permitted, subject to the listing’s house rules. Please include your activity, guest numbers and any catering requirements in your enquiry. Booking limits: a maximum of 25 guests and a minimum booking of four hours apply. A £50 cleaning fee applies for parties or events involving food, drink or decorations. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Please keep noise reasonable and communal areas clean. Any additional time must be booked and paid for. Please note: church activities elsewhere in the building can cause noise at weekends, especially on Sundays. A quiet environment cannot be guaranteed.
