This private space is fully enclosed with doors and includes both an interior and exterior entrance for seamless flow. A 60” flat screen TV with Apple TV is mounted for presentations or virtual calls, and the Sonos sound system is included for ambient music or meeting audio. The room has ample space around the table for standing, presenting, or service staff, and the layout works beautifully for both seated and collaborative gatherings. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Spring House. Before each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure your experience begins in a fresh, tidy setting. All surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas are disinfected between guests, and floors are vacuumed and mopped as needed. Restrooms are sanitized, and hand soap and paper products are restocked prior to each reservation. A professional cleaning fee is included with your rental to help us maintain these high standards.
