One mile east from historical downtown San Juan Capistrano, nestled in a serene valley, our mediterranean-inspired yard offers open space surrounded by California native greenery and beautiful river rock walls sourced from the ravine (all owner designed and built). Overhead lighting and access to a sizable custom fire pit allow for events from day to night. Guests have access to a custom (work in-progress) container with a kitchenette and bathroom (no wheelchair access) along with an outdoor grill to meet all of your hosting needs. See our FAQs for more information in regard to what’s available to you and your guests around the property. Beyond that, the space is great for games like corn hole and bocce ball. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy a large variety of birds, native oaks, pepper and olive trees. Please note the space is all natural terrain, situated in a valley, and guests are encouraged to wear sturdy shoes for the walk down the gravel road to the bottom. A rustic railroad tie staircase with hand railing assists access. We also have a ranch vehicle for guests who may need assistance. Our space is ideal for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, welcome parties, brand events, wellness workshops, social clubs, workout classes, photo shoots, and more. We don’t do amplified events (DJ, band, MC, etc.) out of respect for our neighbors. However, we do allow acoustic music and we have 4 Sonos speakers around the property for your use.
